Memory 5
Neutral Trivial: returning to Nippon in style
Won Day 46
Form: small bottle of Teal-colored Kool-Aid potion [remaining: as many uses as it can take - 1]
[Video reference: 18:18 to the end, then start to 1:02]
Summary
So this takes place pretty much right after Memory #2. The musicians up on top of the thunder cloud thank Kurow and the puppy for jamming with them and offer to send them back to the ground "in style". The two of them accept the offer, and it turns out "in style" means that the musicians play their instruments in a great crescendo and summon a storm cloud, which strikes the pair with lightning.
Next thing they know, they've crashed at the entrance to the ruins, but the drum proves that it does in fact have the ability to protect them from electricity by protecting them on the way down. As soon as they recover from an otherwise crash landing, they decide to waste no time in heading down into the ruins. After all, they have to beat King Fury and get back Gen and Kagu, not to mention that Kurow made a promise to Scholar.
What He Learns
☽ ...Yeah traveling by lightning is cool and all, but not something he'd want to do again any time soon, thanks all the same.
☽ Thundercloud Adventures took place chronologically before Akuro appearing because they still need to beat King Fury at this point. I mean, he assumed so, but this confirms it.
☽ Helping Gen he knew about, but apparently he's been kidnapped on top of that? Or is that what they're helping him with?
☽ Someone named Kagu was also mentioned. Considering that Akuro said that King Fury had consumed that girl from Memory #3, is that girl Kagu then? No confirmation, just a hunch.
☽ There's some kind of promise with Scholar.
Notes
This was the first one Quince got back at Sabra. As his fifth one at Deco, Caramel gets very different things from it! I wouldn't say less, though, since the background he's got so far lets him gather different things... It's still interesting though ^^
(...I'm pretty sure I've warned of inevitable Quince/Caramel comparisons somewhere, haven't I...?)
