Negative Neutral: Kagu gets kidnapped

Summary
Kurow and Chibi are heading out to leave the city when they come across an inky black shadow moving from person to person and leaving everyone in its wake sick on the ground, unable to move. Even the local doctor doesn't know how to help them - it's like they're not really sick, but instead cursed.
Kagu, in full Miko dress, comes to help out - two of the victims are her mother and father, but she would have helped anyway. She's supposed to be in training, but Miko Cho gave her permission to come. This being the work of King Fury's, the power of a Miko can exorcise it, and she's kind of a natural at that despite having only just begun her training. She starts gathering power to perform her exorcism...
...and then is surrounded in a thick smokey shadow and kidnapped by King Fury, who set this up to lure her out now that her power had awakened. Chibi tries to intervene, but King Fury is too quick, and the two disappear into the smoke.
The doctor can't help if King Fury is to blame, and if King Fury isn't beaten, everyone cursed by him will die. Already headed in that direction anyway, Kurow and Chibi are more than willing to help out, while the doctor figures that he can at least keep yet unaffected people out of the shadows. They also promise Kagu's father that they'll help her before heading off.
What He Learns
☽ Yup this is when Kagu was kidnapped.
☽ She's pretty powerful. And King Fury wanted that power pretty badly.
☽ Well, at least we all know this one had a happy ending anyway.
Notes
...note that this is three scenes after you leave Kagu to begin her training with Miko Cho. All compressed time aside, you seriously turn around from there, meet Kurow, and start heading out before she's gotten to this point. Kagu is a Miko genius.
